Nevada has many HOA-governed communities, especially in the Las Vegas area. Master-planned communities such as Summerlin, Henderson's Green Valley, and North Las Vegas developments commonly operate under HOAs. The Nevada HOA Act (NRS Ch. 116) is administered by the Nevada Real Estate Division.
